No refunds after delivery
All sales are final. Once a deliverable — design, code, strategy document, AI system, or any other work product — has been delivered to you, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by KTech Solutions Limited (“KTech”, “we”, “us”), including AI agent development, AI workflow automation, AI integrations and RAG systems, AI strategy consulting, web design and development, SEO, hosting, and any other service or deliverable engaged through a statement of work (“SOW”), proposal, or written agreement.
2. Deposits and upfront payments
Deposits and milestone payments made before work commences are non-refundable. They secure our capacity, kick off planning, and cover discovery, research, and resourcing that begin immediately on engagement.
3. Delivered work is final
A deliverable is considered “delivered” once it has been shared with you for review, deployed to a staging or production environment, or otherwise transferred into your possession. After delivery, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued. This applies whether or not you choose to use, deploy, or approve the deliverable.
4. Revisions, not refunds
Every SOW specifies the number of revision rounds included. If a delivered item does not meet the agreed specification, our remedy is to perform the revisions covered by the SOW — not to refund fees already paid. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard rates.
5. Cancellation before delivery
If you cancel an engagement before a deliverable has been produced, you remain liable for all work performed and approved expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, calculated at the rates and milestones in the SOW. Any amounts you have paid in excess of that work will be retained as a credit toward future work for up to 12 months, at our discretion.
6. Monthly retainers and subscriptions
Retainer and subscription fees (e.g., ongoing support, hosting, managed AI operations) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel future renewals at any time by giving written notice before the next billing date.
7. Third-party costs
Fees paid by us to third parties on your behalf — including AI model usage, domain registrations, hosting, software licences, and stock assets — are non-refundable, as these amounts have been disbursed and cannot be recovered.
8. Exceptions
If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to a refund (for example, certain consumer protections), that right prevails over this policy to the extent required by law. Any such refund will be the minimum required by law.
9. How to raise a concern
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you under the revision process in your SOW to address the issue.
